Writing to catch a thief

We had a fantastic morning at Broadwindsor Primary School. Working with some extremely talented KS2 writers, we tried to solve the mystery of who had broken into our bank vault and stolen a story from the Bank Manager’s own daughter! These young writers have incredible imaginations! They were not only able to find the clues and uncover the thief, but also to flesh out their backstory, discover the reason they turned to crime and reveal their relationships with other characters around the town as well. All in all these guys were amazing! We cannot wait to go back and find out how their stories continue.
