News Crew visit Slape Manor

Our press gang headed out to Slape Manor this week to investigate the ‘rewilding’ work that’s been going on and to try to spot the reclusive beavers that are being re-introduced to the environment.

We talked to Tarsha and Paul from Slape Manor and saw the evidence of how busy their pair of beavers have been. The environment has been totally changed by these amazing creatures in an incredibly short space of time. Our article will focus on the current enthusiasm for ‘rewilding’ of rural spaces and the re-introduction of species that were once indigenous to the British Isles. What impact is it having on the natural world around us and how are the humans feeling about it?
