A Nightmare on Gundry Lane

Bridport Juniors scared us all silly with their ‘Recipe for a Nightmare’, written collaboratively during a youth club session.

Imaginations were running wild, deep, and dark as we gathered a list of ingredients; these included boneless zombies, black mist, screaming, pulsing hearts, tarantulas, footsteps, flickering lights and lots more terrifying stuff.

No doubt we would all - Bank Manager included - need more than just the suggested “pinch” of terror, if this nightmare were to infiltrate our slumbers.

The recipe will be printed onto special Bank of Dreams & Nightmares cards with super scary illustrations by Kate Robertson, as well as being found on menus in a local café very soon.
