A haunted dress and local spookiness

Those brave journalists from The Vault, our weekly after-school news crew, got a taste for the weird this week, when we visited Bridport Museum to investigate ‘Gladys’ a haunted dress! Seriously. Our cub reporters were made very welcome by Emma and Tegwen at the museum, who were very knowledgable and talked us through the surprisingly high number of reported hauntings, paranormal encounters and unsettling goings on around the town. And we’re not just investigating ghosts and the spirit world. Our next issue - subtitled ‘The Spooky Issue’ - is due out around Halloween but will feature articles on everything from YouTuber celebrity products to UFO sightings; from Help to be Happy to Orca attacks. A huge thanks to Emma, Tegwen and the Bridport Museum for giving us such a great session (and for letting us in after hours)!
